So everybody, the weekend has passed - and quite the wet one at that. The Welsh won their SixNations game vs. France on Saturday, expected. And Swansea City won their premier game as well! So... Go Wales. Other than the success in sports, the Sara's spent most of the weekend trying to keep warm. Our flat mate's BF (that's
boy-friend not
best-friend) spent the weekend at our house as well. Despite the occasional friendly conversation, E and I can only laugh at the feeling of awkwardness. The worst part? Well, when a toot-splash-clunk is heard from the restroom... need I say more? It must be a guy thing ;)
We were able to visit the Market and surrounding grocery stores for our daily food staples. For me: apples, diet coke, peanut butter....

| Yes, that would be an EXTRA-large tub... each! |
E, who has been talking of baking since we got off the plane (well maybe not THAT long), finally put her skills to the test with a great new recipe that we now know we can use all of the time, and better yet, alter with her creativity. And man it was hard - banana's and oats. I'm NOT lying! You can just think of the mix-ins right? E's cookie is way cuter than mine!
And finally, what better time guzzler than "photo booth" on a rainy Sunday eve.
So, not the most productive weekend - but worth every funny moment and every photo booth picture. Despite our longing to be outside in the bitter cold as the rain continued into today, we sadly had to go to school because our tudor has plan on Valentine's this Thursday. Relieved to not have that class for another week and a half, E and I celebrated with a nice cup of afternoon tea and some reading at another new and very cute cafe.
So there you have it! Our weekend of fun...ny and awkward moments with our house mate and her BF and absolutely splendid weather ;). This week we plan on getting out to the pub, regardless of how scared and uncomfortable we feel right now. And now that we've made the announcement public, our plan has become an obligation! Until next time :)
